Warranty Info
- Customers will be required to share their Bill Number, Date of Purchase and Contact number at the time of warranty claim
- Customers may be required to share details of the issue along with images of the defect
- Products under claim should be shipped to our address and will undergo a quality inspection before issuing a replacement
- Standard turnaround time is 7-14 working days from the time the item is shipped to us and delivered back
- Certain products may be excluded from the applicable Limited Warranty as indicated at the point of sale and/or on the product hang tag.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:
- All Columbia products purchased from Nepal need to be carried to the store and would be subject to quality checks and inspectionby our designated team.
- Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages that result from accident, misuse, abuse or negligence of the product.
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- Discounted products are excluded from warranty claim.
- Our warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, contents of a bag, loss of time, loss or damage due to act of god, or similar expenses.
- Warranty on all products expires immediately if the product has been altered with through repairs, modifications etc.
